HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Loom Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
