HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Amberfield Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
