HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bright Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
