HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Clear Care Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
