HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Quarry Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Cincinnati, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
