HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Umber Banking Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
