HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Families are partners. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
