HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak River Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
