HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Meadow Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
