HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Beacon Community Partners runs community programmes across Madison. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
