HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Clear Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Milwaukee, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
