HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Amber Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
