HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Maple Construction and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
