HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in Minneapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
