HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Harbor Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
