HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pine Water Authority Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 270 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
