HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Juniper Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Reno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
