HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Vista Pharma develops and makes medicines in Austin. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
