HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Meadow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
