HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Cobalt Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
