HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Silverline River Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Toledo area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
