HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Iron Medical designs and makes medical devices in Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
