HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We invest in training. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
