HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Atlanta design routes and schedules. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
