HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Westbrook Fern Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
