HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Pine Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
