HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Kestrel Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Cleveland region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
