HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Harborlight Yarrow Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
