HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Clear Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
