HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Vale Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Colorado Springs, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
