HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Property Management looks after rental homes across the Louisville area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
