HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cobalt Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
