HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Ironwood North Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in St. Louis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
