HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Clear Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 864 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
