HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Pike Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Birmingham. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Families are partners. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
