HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Vista Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Cincinnati producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
