HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Fern Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 222 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
