HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Sable Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
