HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Fernwood North Early Learning Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 781 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
