HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Corner Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
