HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Harbor Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in San Antonio with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
