HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Haven Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Hartford. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
