HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Pine Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
