HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Westbrook Corner Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
