HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Vista Press Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
