HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Foods is a Detroit food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
