HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Meadow Housing Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
