HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Bridge Farms is an agricultural business based around Cleveland, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
