HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Rook Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
