HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Vale Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from New Orleans, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
